For those of you who aren’t aware, the “crossing over” of characters between various comicbook companies is, well, rather common, all things being considered. These are usually fun homages between guys who work in the same industry, and greatly enjoyably “Easter Eggs” by us fans.
Anyway, here is the panel in question.

It's an amusing insertion, maybe it is true that J.M.S once decided to title himself as "Joe Spider-Man"
He can't be "Joe Spider-Man" because I'm president of the local Joe Spider-Man fan club, and he never comes to any of the meetings.
